What this covers

Osidio Inc operates doppler, an investment-diligence tool at doppler.vc. This policy describes what the product collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It applies to the website and the signed-in application.

What we collect

Three things, and nothing else:

• ·Your account: the email address you sign in with, and the fund profile you choose to write. We use it to authenticate you and to shape analysis around your mandate.
• ·What you put in: companies you watch, documents you upload, notes and transcripts you paste. This is your working material. We store it so the product can work on it.
• ·Analytics, only if you accept: which pages get used, and how often. Page addresses are stripped of company and deal identifiers before they are recorded, so an analytics record cannot say which company you were looking at.

Cookies and storage

A session cookie keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary: without it the application cannot tell one request from another. It is set whether or not you accept analytics.

Analytics storage is separate and optional. Nothing is loaded, stored or read for analytics until you accept; declining means the analytics library is never downloaded at all. You can change your mind by clearing this site's storage in your browser, which brings the choice back.

Where your material goes

Producing analysis means sending your material through a pipeline of the leading AI providers, like Google, Anthropic and OpenAI, and multiple web search providers. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models.

Service providers host the application, the database and uploaded files on our behalf. Analytics, if accepted, goes to an analytics provider and carries no company or deal identifiers.

Public information

Some of what the product shows is assembled from public web sources (news, filings, company sites) and is keyed to a company rather than to you. That material is shared between every user watching the same company. Your watchlist, your documents, your notes and your fund profile are not.

How long we keep it

Your material stays until you delete it or close your account. Deleting a deal removes its analysis. Ask us to close your account and we remove your account, your watchlist, your uploads and your notes.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@doppler.vc and we will act within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Security

Access is limited to your own account. Traffic is encrypted in transit. We hold API credentials for the providers above; they are never exposed to the browser or to analysis running on your material.

Changes

We will update this page when the product changes what it does with your material, and move the effective date. This version took effect 2026-08-15.
