The agreement

These terms govern your use of doppler, operated by Osidio Inc. Using the product means accepting them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a firm, you are confirming you may bind it.

What doppler is, and is not

doppler assembles research and produces analysis to support your own investment work. It is a tool for analysts, not an adviser.

Nothing it produces is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer. It does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship. Every output is a starting point for your judgment. The decision, and its consequences, remain yours.

Accuracy

Analysis is generated by language models working over web sources and the material you supply. It can be wrong. It can cite a page that does not support the claim, miss something material, or state something with more confidence than the evidence carries.

The product is built to make that checkable rather than to hide it: claims carry sources, citations are verified against the pages they point at, and anything unverified is labelled as such. Use those affordances. Verify anything you intend to rely on.

Your material

You keep ownership of everything you upload or write. You give us permission to process it for the purpose of running the product for you, and nothing else.

You are responsible for having the right to supply it: that a deck shared under confidence may be uploaded, that a transcript was lawfully recorded.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• ·Use the product to break a law, or a confidentiality obligation you owe someone else.
• ·Attempt to access another account, or material that is not yours.
• ·Resell or redistribute generated analysis as an independent research product.
• ·Automate access in a way that degrades the service for others.

Availability

We aim to keep the product running and make no guarantee that it will be. We may change or withdraw features. Analysis runs can fail, and long-running work can be interrupted.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Osidio Inc is not liable for investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the product or reliance on its output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You can stop using the product and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. On closure we remove your material as described in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. This version took effect 2026-08-15.
